Not if it is placed properly. We normally scent reception, waiting areas and corridors and leave treatment rooms unscented or very light, so nothing competes with products in use. Your practitioners have the final say on every room.
It balances it rather than hiding it. Ventilation and cleaning still do the heavy lifting; a light signature scent in shared areas stops alcohol and antiseptic being the first thing a client notices.
All our fragrances are IFRA certified and alcohol-free, delivered as a dry vapour with no heat or aerosol, and safety data sheets are available on request. We set low output for continuous occupancy and can pause or lower it from the app at any time.
It depends on floor area and layout. One Aroma Ultra standalone unit covers up to 500 m², and one Aircent HVAC unit covers up to 1,000 m² through your air handling. Most single-site clinics start with one unit in reception.
Yes. Clinic groups commonly choose one signature scent for every site, so a client who moves between locations gets the same experience.
Standalone scenting starts from £59 + VAT a month on an annual plan, including the unit and fragrance refills. HVAC scenting and outright purchase are also available - get a free quote for your clinic.
