What is commercial aroma diffusers?
A commercial aroma diffuser is a cold-air nano-atomisation unit that turns neat fragrance oil into a dry vapour without heat, water or aerosol propellant. Unlike a retail reed or plug-in, it is sized to the cubic volume of the space, scheduled to trading hours and refilled on a service plan. One standalone unit covers up to 500m²; ducted HVAC or AHU units cover up to 1,000m².

Domestic diffusers and plug-in air fresheners are built for a hallway. In a commercial room they spike, fade and need replacing weekly, and the running cost quietly overtakes a proper system.
Heat and water-based units alter the oil and leave residue. Cold-air atomisation keeps the fragrance exactly as it was formulated and leaves nothing behind.

A compressor forces neat fragrance oil through a nozzle at pressure, breaking it into nano-droplets that stay suspended as a dry vapour. No heat, no water and no propellant, so the oil is diffused exactly as formulated and nothing settles on surfaces.
A standalone unit covers up to 500m². Above that, or across multiple zones, fragrance is injected into the HVAC supply or at the air handling unit to cover up to 1,000m² per system. Ceiling height and door traffic can move that figure, which is why we size on cubic volume.

Around 1.25ml per hour at medium intensity, so a 500ml cartridge typically lasts eight to ten weeks on normal commercial hours. Scheduling the unit off outside trading hours is the fastest way to reduce consumption.
Cold-air nano-atomisation produces a dry vapour, so there is no oily film on floors, glass, screens or fabric. Heated and water-misting units can leave residue; these do not.
