What is scent marketing?
Scent marketing is the deliberate use of a consistent ambient fragrance as part of a brand's identity, delivered through commercial diffusion equipment rather than air fresheners. A scent is selected to match the brand, then dosed and scheduled per site so the same character is experienced in every location. In the UK a standalone system covers up to 500m² and HVAC or AHU integration covers up to 1,000m², with fragrance supplied to IFRA standards.
