HVAC scenting systems
Best for larger properties where the lobby, corridors and public areas share ventilation infrastructure and need one consistent character.

Hotels & Resorts
One scent, held consistently across every space a guest walks through.
The challenge
A lobby competes with kitchens, laundry, traffic and constant door movement. Scent is the one detail that carries across all of it.
Guests move from arrival to corridors to spa in a single journey. Each area has different airflow — so each needs its own intensity, not the same diffuser twice.

Systems
Best for larger properties where the lobby, corridors and public areas share ventilation infrastructure and need one consistent character.
Where a hotel's air handling units serve distinct zones, scenting can be specified per AHU so the lobby, spa and conference floors can differ in intensity.
For individual suites, boutique properties, spa treatment rooms or heritage buildings where ducted integration isn't practical.
A bespoke fragrance developed around a property's positioning and brand — extendable to amenities and retail where required.
Our approach
We assess needs during quiet periods and plan installation around occupancy, events and housekeeping schedules.
Arrival, circulation and leisure areas are treated as separate zones with their own intensity and scheduling.
For hotel groups we document the specification so the same scheme can be replicated consistently across properties.
Replenishment and maintenance visits are scheduled with the operations team, not dropped on the front desk.

Buyer's guide
Hotels are judged in the first ten seconds of the lobby. The decisions that matter are coverage, intensity and how the scent behaves when the doors open on a cold morning.
A single lobby under 500 m² is usually a standalone unit. Once you are linking lobby, lift lobbies and corridors, duct-integrated diffusion through the AHU gives even coverage without hardware on show.
Air changes, revolving doors and ceiling height all dilute fragrance. We commission at a conservative level and tune upward once your team has lived with it for a week.
Standalone is £599 outright or £59 per month all-in; HVAC is £799 or £99 per month, both ex VAT. Oil, servicing and support are included in the subscription.
Have these to hand and we can usually quote the same day.
Trust
We would rather under-promise. These are commitments we can evidence — not claims about how much you will sell.
Oils are supplied to IFRA standards with safety data sheets available before you order.
System, scent, install date and monthly cost confirmed in writing before you order.
UK engineers, insured and DBS-checked, fitted around your opening hours — not a drop-shipped box.
Cold-air diffusion leaves no oily film on surfaces, glass or soft furnishings.
We refine the intensity after go-live so the scent feels right in the space.
