Yes, at the right intensity. Commercial cold-air diffusion releases a fine, dry mist rather than heat or aerosol, and levels are set so the space feels fresh without being noticeable at a desk. Most operators focus scent on reception, lounges, kitchens and washrooms rather than quiet desk zones.
It depends on floor area and layout. One Aroma Ultra standalone unit covers up to 500 m², and one Aircent HVAC unit covers up to 1,000 m² through your air handling. We size it for you in a free consultation.
Yes. Many flexible workspace operators choose one signature scent for every site, so the brand smells the same wherever a member works.
All our fragrances are IFRA certified, with safety data sheets available on request. We recommend low intensity, placement away from desks and scheduled breaks, and the level can be turned down or paused from the app at any time.
Standalone units need no installation — they sit on a surface or mount on a wall. HVAC units connect to your air handling and are fitted by your own facilities team or contractor, following our written guidance.
Yes. Serviced offices, business centres and shared office spaces use the same approach: a signature scent in reception, corridors and shared lounges, with lighter or no scent inside private offices unless the occupier asks for it.
Standalone scenting starts from £59 + VAT a month on an annual plan, including the unit and fragrance refills. HVAC scenting and outright purchase are also available — get a free quote for your space.
