Boutique and Independent Hotels scenting FAQs
Standalone scenting starts from £59 + VAT a month on an annual plan, including the unit and fragrance refills, or £599 + VAT to buy the unit outright. One unit is enough for most independent hotel lobbies.
No. A standalone unit sits on a surface or mounts on a wall and plugs in. If you want corridors or a whole floor scented through the air handling, an Aircent unit is fitted by your own maintenance contractor, following our written guidance.
That is mostly about placement and timing. We position the unit away from the food line and schedule output around service, so the lobby reads clean at check-in without fighting the kitchen at eight in the morning.
Yes. Corridors are usually done through the air handling with one Aircent unit per 1,000 m², or with standalone units on each landing where there is no suitable system.
Air freshener masks an odour in a burst and fades. Commercial cold-air diffusion turns neat oil into a dry vapour at a low, steady rate, so a lobby reads the same from the door to the lift, with no residue on furniture or glass.
