Pricing: How much does commercial scenting cost in the UK?
Two published prices, with running costs written down before you order.
Short answer
A standalone commercial scenting system covering up to 500m² costs £599 ex VAT outright, or £59 per month billed annually with fragrance refills within your selected annual oil allowance and remote support included. An HVAC or AHU system covering up to 1,000m² costs £799 ex VAT outright, or £89 per month on the same all-inclusive basis. Premium scent oils are £99 for 500ml and £179 for 1L when buying outright.
The two ways to buy
Outright purchase suits buyers with capital budget who want to own the hardware and order refills as they need them. Subscription suits operators who would rather hold one predictable monthly figure that already contains the oil refills and the support.
Both routes are quoted in writing before anything is ordered.

What actually drives the running cost
Fragrance consumption, not hardware, decides the annual figure. At a medium intensity baseline of 1.25 ml per hour, a site scenting eight hours a day, five days a week uses roughly 2.6 litres a year.
Two levers cut that immediately: lower intensity outside peak trading, and scheduled off periods when footfall is low. Both are set once in the app and then run automatically.
What a like-for-like comparison should include
Comparable quotes need the same four lines: hardware, fragrance volume per year, support terms, and the length of any tie-in. A low headline price with metered refills often lands higher over twelve months than an all-inclusive fee.
